To renew your season ticket for the 2025/26 season, simply following the steps below:

Step 1
Click Renew (Log in or register for Fanbase if prompted)

Step 2
If your email matches your season ticket, select the tickets to renew.

Should your email not match or you wish to claim tickets for another order you can do so by entering the primary and secondary renewal information.

Primary information should be in the format “Bock-Row-Seat e.g W4-F-60, East Stand Terrace (Home) or North Stand Terrace”

Step 3
Tick the boxes for the tickets you want to renew and click Next.

Step 4
To update details (e.g., name, ticket type), click Edit on the summary page before selecting Pay Now.

Step 5
Enter payment details, then view your season ticket in the Fanbase wallet.

Step 6
Add it to your Apple/Google wallet for easy matchday access.
