FA Squads is a dedicated football program for girls aged 11-14, designed to help players develop their skills, confidence, and game understanding in a fun and supportive environment.
Whether you’re looking to improve your technique, build fitness, or simply enjoy the game with friends, FA Squads is the perfect place to train and grow!
Session Details:
📅 When: Fridays, 7-8pm
📍 Where: Eastleigh FC Astro
💷 Cost: £5 per session
Led by FA-qualified coaches, sessions focus on skill development, match play, and teamwork, helping players take their game to the next level. Open to all abilities, FA Squads is a great opportunity to train, compete, and enjoy football in a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere.
