At Eastleigh Football Club, we’re committed to developing not only talented young footballers but also well-rounded individuals. We take pride in preparing our players to succeed both on the pitch and in everyday life.

To support this, our Host Family Programme provides academy players and young pros with a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment – a true home away from home during their time with Eastleigh.

We work closely with our network of host families and accommodation providers to ensure each young player’s needs are met, both personally and professionally. The club is currently seeking new host families in the Eastleigh and surrounding areas to join this programme.

While previous experience in caring for young people is beneficial, it is not essential – what matters most is offering a caring attitude and a comfortable, stable environment.

Each household should be able to provide the player with their own bedroom, suitable storage, and access to bathroom facilities.
