1. Competition Overview
This competition is organized by Eastleigh Football Club (“the Organizer”). By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Prize
The winner will receive four (4) tickets, two (2) adult tickets and two (2) junior tickets for Eastleigh Football Club matchday hospitality for at a 2024/25 Vanarama National League home fixture of their choice, subject to availability.

3. Eligibility
• The competition is open to the parent or guardian of a child participating in the Eastleigh FC Grassroots Day ticket scheme.
• Employees of Eastleigh FC and Millwood Enterprises, their immediate families, and any third parties directly associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
• Entries must be submitted via completion of the competition form.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• The competition opens on Thursday 6th February and closes on Saturday 8th March. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Saturday 8th March.
• The winner will be notified via email or telephone by Monday 10th March.
• If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Conditions
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
• The prize is for four (4) tickets, two (2) adult tickets and two (2) junior tickets and winner can upgrade any of junior tickets to adult tickets for a fee of £35 per ticket and has the option to purchase additional adult tickets at £65 or junior tickets at £30.
• The match selected is subject to ticket availability, and the Organizer reserves the right to offer alternative matches if the chosen game is unavailable.
• Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses related to attending the match are the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.
• The winner and guests must comply with the Silverlake Stadium’s ground regulations.

7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that the Organizer may use their name and children’s team name to notify all participants of the winner by email.

8. Data Protection
Personal data provided during entry will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. General
• The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition at any time if circumstances arise beyond its control.
• The Organizer’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
