Eastleigh Football Club are seeking a skilled and dedicated Head Groundsperson to join our grounds team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about the sports turf industry, committed to continuous improvement, and motivated to present the club’s playing surfaces to the highest standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional pitch and grounds standards for all football and business operations.
A clean driving licence and the ability to work weekends as well as unsociable hours are required for this exciting role, contributing to the ongoing success of the Football Department.
