At Eastleigh FC, we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to come on board as members of the academy staff.

Each role will include the following responsibilities:

• Planning coaching sessions
• Managing & running coaching sessions
• Managing your specific age group on matchdays during half terms
• To be available for any potential cover sessions.
• Ensure the safety of academy players is paramount. This includes first aid & safeguarding.
• To work closely with parents of players & also coaches across the football club 

Roles available:

• Talent ID Goalkeeper coach (Tuesday 5-6pm)

Desired Attributes Include:

• Previous goalkeeping experience
• Previous experience leading matchdays at academy/grassroots level
• Excellent organisation & time-management skills
• Experience in planning and executing training sessions
• Experience in the delivery of squad warmups
• UEFA C Minimum/UEFA B desired
