The Spitfires are back in Vanarama National League action, as we make the trip to Grosvenor Vale to face Wealdstone on Saturday 15th March, with a kick-off time of 3pm.

Wealdstone:

The afternoon’s hosts have had there ups and downs over the last few weeks. After losing their first six league games of 2025, they won three on the bounce during February. Since then, they have lost both of their previous two games 4-1, against Rochdale and Tamworth respectively.

Though the course of the season, Wealdstone have picked up the majority of their points at Grosvenor Vale, and they will be looking to add to that tally against the Spitfires.

Former Spitfire, Enzio Boldewijn has made 34 league appearances for the Stones this season, and will be in contention to play against the Spitfires this afternoon.

Wealdstone sit just one point away from safety, with twelve games left to play.

Eastleigh:

During the week, the Spitfires made the trip up to Greater Manchester to face Oldham Athletic under the lights at Boundary Park. Goals from Billy Waters and Jake Caprice would see the home side win 2-0 on the day.

Before then, the Spitfires had only lost once in their last seven games. Their most recent win came against Ebbsfleet United at the start of the month. Niall Maher and Jake Taylor both netted for the Spitfires during that one.

The Spitfires are sat in tenth place in the Vanarama National League table, and are three points away from getting up into a play-off spot.

Previous meetings:

Noa Boutin netted for Eastleigh in just the seventh minute, during the meeting between the two sides earlier on this season. His goal was cancelled out in the 65th minute by Sam Ashford, and the game would go on to finish level.
