Eastleigh Football Club are delighted to announce that Josh Nace has been appointed as our new Community Officer.
Josh was formerly part of our Elite Development Squad back in the 2021/22 season, before becoming a Scholarship Coach at the club.
His new role will see him oversee projects with the aim of building our Club’s engagement within and across our community and schools in partnership with the Eastleigh FC Community department, creating and facilitating a value based programme.
Josh will specifically focus on increasing our presence in the local area with our holiday courses as well as connecting with local schools to deliver sessions and assemblies. Josh will also focus on taking the reins of our successful ‘Mini Spitfires’ programme and engaging with local sports groups and organisations.

Vice-Chairman, Tom Coffey, commented on the appointment: “Eastleigh Football Club are delighted to appoint Josh as our Community Officer. We are aware of our need and desire to be a presence within the local borough and this is another step in the right direction of making that happen.
“We hope to see some great initiatives and engagement take place in the upcoming weeks and months as we look to make ourselves known to people in the local community.”
Upon taking on the role, Josh said: “I am really excited to be starting this new role as Community Officer at Eastleigh Football Club. I believe that it is imperative that we create a strong, positive relationship with the local community.
“I’m looking forward to getting started in my role and I can’t wait to engage with members of our community.”
