Eastleigh Football Club are delighted to announce a brand new partnership with ticketing and fan engagement platform, Fanbase!

Fanbase is a platform that helps sports teams and leagues create and manage digital products, such as tickets, memberships, and hospitality packages.

From the 2024/25 season onwards, Spitfires supporters will enjoy a user-friendly and streamlined journey across web and mobile, simplifying purchasing tickets for matches, seasons, events, and hospitality.

As well as this, supporters will be able to access matchday content, receive push notifications and view club news in one platform, elevating the fan experience.

The Fanbase platform will give supporters the ability to create an account when purchasing tickets that will allow them to build a purchase history with the club.

This purchase history within the Fanbase platform will then enable Eastleigh FC to reward supporter loyalty with more effective priority sale windows for high demand fixtures and events from the 2024/25 season onwards.

Thomas Coffey, vice-chairman of Eastleigh FC, stated: “Supporter experience is very important to the club, and we are confident that supporters will enjoy the new experience when purchasing their season and match tickets online using a very straightforward, intuitive platform with a responsive stadium seating map.”

“The FA Cup run we went on this season, which saw us sell out our away allocation at Newport County and enjoy two sell-out crowds at home against Reading and Newport County, identified some technological challenges we have looked to address, and we believe the Fanbase platform will help us to resolve these challenges moving forward.”
