Eastleigh:
Eastleigh will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing 3-0 defeat away to Solihull Moors last weekend.
An unbeaten run of five matches came to an end with that result however the Spitfires will be looking to extend their unbeaten streak at home where they are without defeat in their last eight matches at the Silverlake Stadium.
Eastleigh dropped to 13th in the table following the last result however remain just four points from the play-off positions.
The Spitfires’ top goalscorer Danny Whitehall will be looking to add to his tally of four league goals this season, after getting back amongst the scoresheet in the FA Cup fixture against Dorking Wanderers prior to the defeat at Solihull Moors.
Torquay United:
Meanwhile, Torquay United will be looking to build on the great character they showed to haul themselves back to 4-4 and earn a point against Altrincham, despite having been a man and a goal down heading into stoppage time.
A dramatic 97th minute equaliser from Dylan Crowe earned the Gulls a precious point, however, they remain rooted to the bottom of the table, having gone without a win in their last seven league matches.
Asa Hall opened his account for the season by scoring a brace in that match, to move within one goal of the club’s top scorer Will Goodwin who has three for the season.
