We are pleased to announce the arrival of of our 2022/23 home kit, ahead of the first home game of the Vanarama National League season.

Kit manufacturers, Kappa, have again designed a bespoke home shirt that the Spitfires will be stepping out in for the first time against Wealdstone at the Silverlake Stadium on Saturday 13th August.

The distinct chequered pattern, which returned to the club’s home shirt in 2021/22 for the first time since the mid-1950s, remains an integral part of the design – brighter and bolder than ever.

For the new campaign, it is streamlined with a pinstripe on each side along with a subtle chequered pattern rising up the body of the shirt.

The blue sleeves have returned with a white collar, which has the club’s nickname – ‘Spitfires’ – emblazoned on the inside, and a white cuff.

Lastly, Kappa have incorporated a new, breathable material and a woven, embroidered badge that will be available on all versions of the kits so supporters can match their Spitfires heroes with a quality look and feel to the new design.

We would like to thank the Spitfires faithful for their patience, as the unprecedented global supply chain pressures have delayed the home shirt’s arrival for the 2022/23 season.

We’re pleased to have the home kit secured for the first team’s opening home game of the season, and are now working hard to ensure the retail stock arrives for supporters to represent the Spitfires with pride this campaign.
