| Roles and Responsibilities | You will have a high level of responsibility from the offset, including for: • The safe access and comfort of spectators visiting the stadium • Identifying and reporting any incident, occurrence or hazard among spectators and report to a supervisor • Ensuring that the standards of our club are upheld by being the first line of contact with guests • Providing a welcoming environment to provide the best experience and visit at the Silverlake Stadium |
| General Requirements | An NCQ2 in Spectator Safety (we can arrange this for you if not obtained) Mature approach to handling situations calmly and insightfully Be polite, courteous, engaging and easy to talk to for guests, with excellent interpersonal skills. Immaculate grooming standards and overall appearance Provide valuable contributions to the workplace within your role, offering ways to improve the working environment whilst carrying out your role to the highest standard. Must follow all Club policies, including Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Anti-Corruption and Bribery and GDPR. |
