Eastleigh Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of striker, Tristan Abrahams, on a free transfer from Carlisle United.

The 23-year-old makes the permanent move to the Spitfires from the SkyBet League Two side and becomes Lee Bradbury’s sixth summer signing.

Abrahams started his career at Leyton Orient, making his Football League debut against Newport County in March 2017.

Later that year he joined Norwich City and he gained further Football League experience with loan spells at Exeter City and Yeovil Town in the 2018-19 season.

After leaving Norwich in 2019, Tristan joined Newport County and went on to score 18 goals in 74 appearances for the Exiles.

He joined Carlisle in the summer of 2021 and spent the second half of last season on loan at Grimsby Town, helping them to promotion to League Two via the National League play-offs.

Speaking on his arrival, Tristan Abrahams said:

“I’m buzzing to be here, it’s a great club with good ambition so I can’t wait to get going.

“Once I spoke with the gaffer about a week ago I knew I wanted to be here and play under him. I think the squad are just looking forward to getting going now.”

The signing of Tristan Abrahams is subject to FA and National League approval.
