JOB VACANCY – RESTAURANT STAFF – IMMEDIATE START

Roles and Responsibilities | This role will be a great opportunity to join the hospitality staff of a reopening restaurant within the unique location within a professional football club. Typical responsibilities will be tasks such as taking orders, recommending dishes based on guests’ tastes and preferences, delivering food to the tables, accepting payments as well as ensuring an outstanding guest experience at all times. |
General Requirements | Prior experience at a similar standard required. Communicate effectively within the hospitality staff, kitchen staff and with Eastleigh FC and Sherwoods staff to ensure a positive and productive working environment. Take care of your personal health and safety as well as the health and safety of other employees or members of the public who may be impacted by your work. Provide valuable contributions to the workplace within your role, offering ways to improve the working environment of the Eastleigh Football Club and Sherwoods Restaurant in addition to carrying out your role to the highest standard. Must follow all Club policies, including Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Anti-Corruption and Bribery and GDPR. |

JOB VACANCY – CHEF DE PARTIE – IMMEDIATE START

Reporting to | Head Chef |
Roles and Responsibilities | This role will be a fantastic opportunity to gain full-time experience in a busy kitchen, for a professional football club with an accompanying restaurant and events service. The individual will be required to present a variety of high-quality dishes for a range of occasions, including lunchtime restaurant services, Sunday Carvery, pre/post-match meals, Christmas events, and corporate dining events. Both the Brooks Suite kitchen and Sherwoods kitchen are located at the Silverlake Stadium. |
