Barney Stone was the latest Spitfire to be sent out on loan for experience when he joined Weymouth in the Southern League Premier Division South.

Barney Stone enjoyed an excellent start to his time with Weymouth after joining the club earlier in the day. The striker came on off the bench in the 76th minute away at Taunton Town and made an immediate impact. With the match still tightly contested, Stone provided a fine pass to provide an assist in the 90th minute and secure a 2–0 victory for The Terras, an impressive way to mark his debut.

Louie Holzman has continued to feature prominently for Farnborough, starting and completing all three of their latest fixtures.

His first appearance came in a 2–0 home win over Dorking Wanderers, where he delivered a composed performance across the full 90 minutes.

Holzman then remained in the starting lineup for the Isuzu FA Trophy trip to Walton & Hersham. Unfortunately, Farnborough fell to a 2–1 defeat, and Holzman received a booking midway through the second half.

He completed another full match in their latest league fixture against Slough Town. Holzman came close to creating a late goal, delivering an excellent left footed cross that Dominic Poleon headed goalwards, only for the goalkeeper to produce a superb save to tip over the bar. Farnborough were ultimately beaten 2–0, but the defender’s contribution remained a positive note on a difficult afternoon.

Connor Underhill has also maintained his place in the Starting XI for Dorchester Town, starting each of the past three matches.

Underhill was one of Dorchester’s brighter attacking outlets in the home fixture against Chertsey Town, testing the goalkeeper on several occasions. He was substituted in the 83rd minute, and with neither side able to find a breakthrough, the match ended 0–0.

He again started in the FA Trophy tie away at Dover Athletic, playing 67 minutes in a game that finished 2–0 in the hosts’ favour.

Returning to league action at home to Plymouth Parkway, Underhill continued his run of starts and helped Dorchester build a more fluid attacking display. He was replaced in the 72nd minute of a well contested 2–2 draw.
