Eastleigh Football Club are pleased to announce the signing of forward Luke Skinner from Bristol City on a short-term loan lasting until January.

The attacker has been at Bristol City since he was six years old and made his first professional contract in November 2024, marking his 17th birthday. A versatile attacking player, Skinner is primarily a centre-forward but can also operate out wide on either wing.

In the 2025/26 season so far, Luke has been playing on loan at Weston-super-Mare where he made several appearances and contributed with goals and assists. Working under Scott Bartlett during that period provided him with important minutes in men’s football.

Upon joining the Spitfires, First-Team Manager Scott Bartlett, said: “I’ve been really impressed with our forward players since I came into the club and I believe that Luke will add more competition, quality and options to our squad.

I have worked with Luke recently and he is a talent. For someone so young, he is fearless and will thrive in our environment.”
