The Spitfires will discover their opponents for the First Round of the Emirates FA Cup on Monday evening after a 2-0 win over Hampton & Richmond in the Fourth Round Qualifying on Saturday.
The draw will take place prior to the final Fourth Round Qualifying fixture between Worthing and Forest Green Rovers, at approximately 6:40pm, with live coverage of the proceedings on TNT Sports 1, Discovery+, and the TNT Sports YouTube Channel.
Eastleigh will be ball number 69 and this round will see League One and League Two clubs join the competition.
