At Eastleigh FC, we are looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to come on board as members of the academy staff.
Each role will include the following responsibilities:
- Planning coaching sessions
- Managing & running coaching sessions
- Managing your specific age group on matchdays during half terms
- To be available for any potential cover sessions.
- Ensure the safety of academy players is paramount. This includes first aid & safeguarding.
- To work closely with parents of players & also coaches across the football club
Roles available:
- Under 15’s Academy Lead Coach (£25 per session) Monday’s 5:30-7:00pm with fixtures during half terms (£35 per fixture).
- Under 16’s Talent ID Lead Coach (£20 per session) Monday’s 6-7pm with fixtures during half term.
- Talent ID Goalkeeper coach (£20 per session) Monday 5-6pm & Tuesday 5-6pm.
Desired Attributes Include:
- Previous coaching experience
- Previous experience leading matchdays at academy/grassroots level
- Excellent organisation & time-management skills
- Experience in planning and executing training sessions
- Experience in the delivery of squad warmups
- UEFA C Minimum/UEFA B desired
