The 2025/26 Enterprise National League season continues on Monday 25th August. The Spitfires return to action as they travel to Gloucestershire to face Forest Green Rovers, with kick-off at 3:00pm.
Forest Green Rovers:
Forest Green Rovers currently sit top of the National League standings following three wins and one draw from their opening four games.
Since the Rovers opening day 2-2 draw away at Solihull Moors, they have scored eight and only conceded once in the league, that being last weekend in their victory over FC Halifax Town.
Having reached the play-offs last season, the Gloucestershire side will be hoping to go one better and gain automatic promotion back to League Two for the first time since 2024.
Eastleigh:
The Spitfires are in fine form ahead of their clash with Forest Green Rovers following two wins on the bounce, most recently a 2-0 win at home against Boston United.
Kelvin Davis’ side will be hoping that they can replicate their performance against Boston United last Saturday against the league-leaders this afternoon.
Despite it being early days, the Spitfires currently sit 10th in the league standings and will be hoping to make a push for the play-off places come the end of the season.
