The 2025/26 Enterprise National League season continues on Saturday 30th August. The Spitfires return to the Silverlake as they face Altrincham with kick-off at 3pm.

Eastleigh:

Despite losing 1-0 at the New Lawn Stadium to league leaders Forest Green on Monday, the Spitfires are in good form having picked up six points from their previous two games.

Last weekend’s victory over Boston United gave the Spitfires their first win of the season at the Silverlake and Kelvin Davis’ side will be looking to repeat this against Altrincham on Saturday afternoon.

This weekend’s fixture will be a tough test for the Spitfires as they are level on points in the league standings with the Robins, with the two sides only being separated by the number of goals scored.

Altrincham:

The Robins picked up their second win of the season last Monday as they beat Solihull Moors 2-0 at home thanks to goals either side of half-time.

The Greater Manchester side’s only other victory of the season came on the opening weekend at home against Aldershot Town as the Robins also beat the Shots 3-2.

The Robins narrowly missed out on the play-offs last season as they finished in ninth position and so will be hoping to better this and reach the Play-Offs come the end of the season.

“There’s no fear with what is coming on Saturday. We will put a team together and have a focus and a gameplan to execute and it will be up to the boys on the day to get across the line and to influence the game.”
