Eastleigh Football Club is delighted to announce the continued success of Millwood Enterprises and the Silverlake Stadium, maintaining the highest level of food hygiene rating earlier this week.
The national food and hygiene rating scheme provides consumers with valuable insights into the hygiene standards of food outlets with a rating between 0 – 5 awarded following an inspection by the local authority.
This assessment evaluates key aspects such as food handling, storage and preparation procedures, overall facility cleanliness, and the management of food safety.
Managed by Millwood Enterprises, the Silverlake Stadium proudly houses Sherwoods Restaurant, presenting a lunch menu every Wednesday to Friday.
Additionally, the Brooks Suite offers a Sunday Carvery and serves as the venue for matchday hospitality.
Alongside Sherwoods Restaurant and the Brooks Suite, the stadium food and beverage kiosks have achieved the coveted level 5 rating.
Our executive Chef, Ivor Henderson, expressed his delight upon receiving the news, stating, “It’s pleasing to see that the hard work our staff put in on a daily basis to maintain our standards is continuing to pay off and has resulted in the Silverlake Stadium maintaining the highest possible food hygiene rating.”
Eastleigh FC extends congratulations to all the dedicated staff of Millwood Enterprises for their outstanding achievement.
