Eastleigh Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of David Longe-King on loan from Dagenham & Redbridge!

The 29-year-old central defender has played for 11 different sides so far in his career.

He began his career 10 years ago with Colney Heath of the Spartan South Midlands Football League, before earning a move to St Albans City.

He played five times for them in the National League South before moving on to Dunstable Town in the 2015/16 season.

He made 55 appearances during his time there across two seasons.

Following a season playing for Biggleswade Town, Longe-King made an England C appearance against Estonia Under 23s in June 2019.

The Brent-born defender then returned to St Albans City for a season before moving to Newport County.

Longe-King made 11 League Two appearances during his season there, moving on to Grimsby Town at the end of the season.

He spent the first half of the 2021/22 season with Grimsby, he was loaned out to Woking in January and spent the remainder of the season with them.

Longe-King then signed for Dagenham & Redbridge at the end of that season on a permanent deal and has been there since, playing 31 times across two seasons for them.
