Eastleigh Football Club are looking to appoint a cleaning operative to maintain the daily cleaning operation at the Silverlake Stadium.
It’s a great time to join the team at Eastleigh FC following the recent Emirates FA Cup run and with an exciting calendar of events planned for 2024.
The successful candidate will report to the the Operations Manager and carry out the day to day cleaning maintenance of the Silverlake Stadium including the Brooks Suite and Sherwoods restaurant.

| Roles and Responsibilities | Responsibility for the daily operation of Eastleigh FC and Millwood Enterprises to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for all stakeholders and visitors to the site. To adopt a proactive approach to all cleaning schedules, adhere to all COSSH regulations and to ensure all health and safety documentation is recorded daily as needed. |
| General Requirements | Communicate effectively within the events department and with Eastleigh FC and Sherwoods staff to ensure a positive and productive working environment. Take care of your personal health and safety as well as the health and safety of other employees or members of the public who may be impacted by your work. Provide valuable contributions to the workplace within your role, offering ways to improve the working environment of the Eastleigh Football Club and Sherwoods Restaurant in addition to carrying out your role to the highest standard. Must follow all Club policies, including Safeguarding, Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity, Anti-Corruption and Bribery and GDPR. |
