The Spitfires are back in Vanarama National League action as they face Maidenhead United at York Road on 28th October, with a kick off time of 3pm.

Maidenhead United:

The hosts sit at the bottom of the league going into this tie and are without a win in their last 13 league games.

Chanka Zimba scored a brace last time out in a 4-2 loss to Aldershot taking his goal tally up to four for the season.

Despite their recent form, the hosts have not lost at York Road in either of their last two meetings and they have only lost twice there all season.

Eastleigh:

The Spitfires met Woking at the Silverlake Stadium last time out in a close game that ended 1-0 to the visitors that day.

Despite their recent loss, the Spitfires have been climbing the table recently and now sit in ninth, just four points off of the play-off spots.

New-signing Jayden Harris has impressed in both of his appearances for the club so far, he will be hoping to continue that form against Maidenhead United.

Previous meetings:

The Spitfires have not won in either of their previous two visits to York Road which is something that they will be looking to change.

Last time the two sides met, the Spitfires won 1-0 at the Silverlake Stadium thanks to an early goal from Charlie Carter.

All of their previous five meetings have come in the Vanarama National League.
