The Spitfires continue their pre-season preparations with a short trip to Wessex Premier League side Fareham Town on Tuesday 11th July, with a kick-off time of 7:45pm at the Cams Alders Stadium.

Fareham Town:

The Creeksiders begin their pre-season schedule with this game against the Spitfires, the first of three friendlies currently lined up for the hosts.

After they take on Eastleigh, they travel to Fleetlands on Saturday 15th July, before a trip to Colden Common a week later as part of the build-up towards the new season.

Fareham will be hoping to improve on a promising campaign last year, where they finished 9th in the Wessex Premier League and were runners-up in the Portsmouth Senior Cup.

Eastleigh:

Eastleigh started their pre-season with a 2-0 defeat at home to League One outfit Bristol Rovers at the weekend.

Experienced attacker Scott Sinclair opened the scoring for the visitors at the Silverlake Stadium before John Marquis doubled their advantage to make sure of the victory for the Gas.

Lee Bradbury’s team are looking to bounce back with a positive result against Fareham, as they hope to record their first win of the pre-season.

Previous Meetings:

This will be the first meeting between Eastleigh and Fareham Town.
