Eastleigh Football Club can confirm that Vincent Harper has joined Exeter City on a permanent deal.

The move comes after the wing-back expressed his desire to leave the club in an attempt to further his career.

Since joining us in 2021, Harper made 76 appearances for the Spitfires, scoring five times during his stay in Hampshire.
