Eastleigh:
The Spitfires will be looking to bounce back after their defeat against Bromley just under two weeks ago.
Lee Bradbury’s side took an early lead at Hayes Lane thanks to a Tristan Abrahams goal only two minutes in, before Adam Marriott scored his first of the afternoon just before the break to level things up.
Marriott then added a second to take all three points and leave the Spitfires with back-to-back defeats for the first time this season.
Eastleigh have enjoyed a positive start to the season at home, however, as they remain unbeaten with two wins and one draw at the Silverlake Stadium. They sit in 11th place ahead of their latest test against The Glovers.
Yeovil Town:
Yeovil will also be looking to turn things around after they suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of York City at home. A 79th-minute goal for Lenell John-Lewis was enough to take the win back to Yorkshire for the visitors.
The Glovers haven’t had the start to the season they would’ve hoped for after only securing one win in the first seven games as they find themselves 20th in the Vanarama National League.
Summer signing Jamie Reckord is Yeovil Town’s top scorer this season with three goals in the league so far.
Previous Meetings:
Eastleigh’s last game against Yeovil Town ended in a 0-0 draw at the Silverlake Stadium in February 2022.
The Spitfires’ last win against the Somerset side came in February 2021 when a goal from Ryan Hill was enough to earn three points.
